After enduring months of torture at the hands of the Black Jacks MC, and betrayed by his own club, Holt “T-Rex” Savage, a junior member of the Sinner’s Tribe Motorcycle Club, will stop at nothing to get revenge. But falling for a beautiful woman with dangerous ties to his sworn enemy was never part of the plan…

Raised by the Black Jacks, Naiya Kelly grew up fast, furiously, and with little to lose. But now that she’s put her MC days behind her, she is free to do what she wants—until she meets a man who imprisons her, body and soul. She swore she’d never give her heart to a biker, but Holt is the most passionate, protective man she’s ever known. But will Holt be forced to betray his one true love to exact his revenge?

There is something about Sarah Castille and her tribe of Sinners that gets to me. Every.Single.Time. I’ve loved all of the books in this series, but something about this one really struck a chord in me. Chaos Bound is Holt’s story. We knew him as T-Rex in the previous books, but in this one we are introduced to a changed man. And WOW! He’s full of surprises and does not disappoint.

Chaos Bound pairs Holt with Naiya Kelly. Having been held captive by the Black Jacks MC and tortured at the hands of the Jacks President, Viper, Holt has just about given up on life. As the days turned into weeks, he held on to the hope that his brothers in the Sinners Tribe, or at the very least his closest friend Tank, would rescue him. After all, he was in that dungeon after sacrificing himself to save one of the Sinners’ old ladies. When a woman is thrown into the dungeon with him, he is an angry, bitter, broken shell of the man he once was.

Naiya Kelly has her own beef with Viper. He ruined her mother’s life, ultimately ending in her death, and stole Naiya’s innocence when she was just a teenager. Captured by Viper at her mother’s funeral, Naiya once again finds herself a victim of the Black Jacks. Finding herself in their dungeon is not part of her plan, but Naiya refuses to give up. While the man chained to the wall doesn’t look like he could even stand by himself, she comes up with a plan to get them both out of there.

Their escape from the Black Jacks marks the beginning of a dangerous ride for Holt and Naiya. Neither of them trust anyone, so they find it incredibly difficult to confide in or lean on each other. On the run and hunted by Viper, they know they have to rely on each other and find help. After figuring out who he is, Naiya knows returning T-Rex to the Sinners could gain her protection and maybe keep her safe from Viper. The only problem is that three months of being tortured and feeling abandoned has roused a deep mistrust in Holt for his former brothers. He can’t understand how they could have left him behind, and his plan for revenge against the ones who wronged him includes not only Viper but his former MC brothers in the Sinners Tribe.

The transformation from easygoing, fun-loving “T-Rex” to stoic, broody, alpha-biker Holt is amazing. Torture, pain and betrayal have molded him into someone new….a leader who is no longer sure of his place in the world. The one thing he is sure of, the one “home” he has, is with Naiya. He may have found a family once with the Sinners, but he found his heart when he met Naiya. I loved the contradictions in each of them. Holt was vulnerable but tough, cynical but hopeful, and it doesn’t take long for Naiya to become his whole world. Naiya was geeky and funny and smart and I loved how she never once gave up on Holt. Even when he left her under the pretense of keeping her safe, she didn’t do the “woe is me” romance heroine thing. She gave him shit and then forgave him because she knew they belonged together.

This series could go on forever in my opinion, because Sarah Castille knows how to create a gritty, harsh but beautiful story every time. Watching each of these big, tough bikers find the one woman who completes them is a thing of beauty.

I give Chaos Bound by Sarah Castille 5 stars!
