An Interview With Adam – by Carrie Ann Ryan & GIVEAWAY

New Profile PhotoHello All! I’m here today to sit down with my character, Adam, from Enforcer’s Redemption. Now where I might love the man, he has some explaining to do, so let’s get started.

Carrie Ann: Hi Adam, let’s just get out with it, what the hell were you thinking?

Adam: *hangs head* I wasn’t.

Carrie Ann: I mean, I’ve never wanted to smack a man more than you during this book. What the hell is wrong with you?

Adam: I know I’m not good enough for Bay. I know that. I don’t deserve her. I was so into my own problems and insecurities I was an ass.

Carrie Ann: That’s the least volatile word I can think of. I hope to God you’re trying to redeem yourself, boy.

Adam: I’ve begged for forgiveness and Bay is a stronger wolf than me.

Carrie Ann: *sighs* Okay, now that we got that out of the way. How are you?

Adam: Better. So much better. I’m happy, you know?

Carrie Ann: It’s about time, Adam. You know you did all this because you wouldn’t let yourself be happy, right? You’re not a bad person, you just hated yourself because of what happened to Anna.

Adam: I know, I’ll always love Anna. Bay knows that. But Anna’s been dead for a long time now, and Bay and I are ready to move forward.

Carrie Ann: *lets out a breath* It’s about time. I’m glad to see you two working together and smiling. You’re lucky to have her.

Adam: With every breath that I am. I will do all in my power to prove that I’m deserving of her, you know? Fate may have given her to me and vice versa, but I want to deserve it.

Carrie Ann: I think just by saying that, you’re well on your way. Now, about what happened at the end of Enforcer’s Redemption, are you okay?

Adam: I’ll be okay. North and Bay are working with me. I’ll get through it. As long as my family is okay, I’ll be okay.

Carrie Ann: Okay now, let’s talk about something less depressing. Favorite color?

Adam: *grins* Red, the color of Bay’s hair exactly.

Carrie Ann: *sighs* I swear you get all Alpha sometimes. Okay, favorite ice cream?

Adam: Butter pecan. It tastes the best right off Bay’s skin…

Carrie Ann: *clears throat* Okay, then. Enough of that. Thank you Adam for being here and telling us what’s on your mind. I know some readers wanted to smack you, but really, you deserved it.

Adam: And I’ll sit and take it. Just as long as they don’t hurt my Bay.

Carrie Ann: There’s the wolf I love. Now, Adam and I will be here to answer your questions, don’t hurt him too hard, he’s hurt enough as it is.

She murmured a good night, and he walked out, leaving her with her passed-out mate and the sudden urge to take care of him.

He needs us,” her wolf whimpered.

Shush, you,” she whispered back. “He’s a grown man who doesn’t need us staring at him like a freaking stalker while he’s sleeping.”

Adam groaned from the bed and tried to take his shirt off, struggling in his current state. She caught a glimpse of tanned flesh and wanted to groan right with him. Damn, she was pregnant and ready to pop. She shouldn’t be thinking dirty thoughts.

Especially not with the man currently trying to strip out of his clothes.

With a sigh, she waddled over to him and placed a hand on his arm, the heat radiating from him shocking her. She’d forgotten how hot his skin was.

Adam, stop trying to take off your clothes. You’re going to hurt yourself.” Need filled her and she cursed. Her libido was picking a strange time to wake back up.

Bay,” he grumbled, and she froze.

She loved the sound of her name on his lips. Or rather, her wolf did. The woman desperately wanted not to like it. Damn mating bond.

  1. Great character interview. I don’t want to smack him, because he redemed himself in the end and he had enough suffering of his own. I love this series and all these gorgeous alpha wolf males. Can’t wait for Maddox’s story and hope that they beat the bad guys. Thanks for the awesome stories Carrie Ann.
