My Review

As an angel of death, Keenan’s job is to collect the souls on his list. He’s carried out his duty for two thousand years and never faltered once. Until he meets Nicole St. James. When the moment of death comes, Keenan hesitates, and instead of taking Nicole, Keenan touches the vampire who’s attacking her.

Cast out of heaven for disobedience, Keenan plummets to earth. Six months later, he finally manages to track Nicole to a bar in Mexico. He’s stunned to discover that the woman he remembers has undergone a dramatic change—she’s become a vampire. And when he realizes that she’s the target of all manner of enemies—other vampires, demons, even shifters—he’ll do whatever it takes to protect her, even if all hell breaks loose…

My Review

Mortal Sin

As a fallen Angel of Death, Azrael is cursed to walk the earth alone in search of redemption. One night, as he wanders the streets of New Orleans, he discovers a woman surrounded by panther shifters. No longer able to contain the anger simmering within, Az summons his dark powers and attacks, determined to protect this innocent human from certain death.

Only Jade Pierce is no delicate flower. She’s spent years learning to survive and fight the evil forces sent by her ex-lover who refuses to let her go. But after seeing Az in action, she figures she could use a little supernatural help. And so she plans a course of seduction guaranteed to arouse his interest and his angelic passions. . .

And now the newest book in the series……………………….

My Review (And it’s also my June book of the month)

Earthly Delights

With a messed up family background and a tendency to grow claws and fangs, Tanner Chance isn’t exactly the boy next door. But he’s a decent cop, and he keeps himself on the side of the good guys. Convenient, because when he rescues a survivor of a horrific shifter attack he finds himself instantly smitten—with an honest-to-goodness angel, as innocent as she is irresistible.

Marna may be angelic, but she’s not stupid or weak. She can take care of herself. Tanner is more temptation than protection anyway. Or so she thinks, until someone wearing her face starts taking out some of New Orleans’ more unsavory paranormals. With police and predators both gunning for her blood, Marna has no choice but to trust Tanner…even though what’s sparking between them is hotter than anything holy.

  1. I like both types. Sometimes I’m in the mood for light and fluffy, sometimes I want dark and gritty.
    Thanks for the giveaway. marlenebreakfield(at)yahoo(dot)com

  2. I prefer a combination of dark, gritty reality coupled with fluffy lovey dovey stuff. Some of my favorite series (not written by Cynthia) have equal parts of the harsh realities of the shifter world – predatory violence and loneliness, and the deeper, more emotional human elements of love, loss and forgiveness.

  3. I am a huge fan of Cynthia’s (as she well knows *LOL*) I mostly lean towards the dark & gritty stories, although once in a while I find my self reading a light & fluffy if I’ve heard good things about it. Dark & Gritty usually is what catches my attention! Thanks so much for the awesome giveaway! bpatrick64113@sbcglobal.net

  4. Love Cynthia Eden’s books. Dark & gritty is great, but love it when the “fluffy” has a good amount of snarky humor! Thanks!

  5. I love to read Cynthia Eden’s books. I like to read both fluffy paranormal romances and gritty and dark. Thank you for the great giveaway!

  6. I haven’t read that much paranormal, so I would love to get a chance to read Cynthia Eden’s books. I think I would prefer gritty and dark as long as there is a HEA.

I love all the giveaways today!

  7. I like both, depending on my mood. Sometimes I’m in the mood for fluffy, sometimes gritty.
    Thanks for the giveaway.

  8. I hate to jump on the bandwagon, but I have to say I like both, also depending on what mood I’m in. I can say I prefer the dark gritty paranormals more, but I also like the fluffy ones when I need a picker upper! 🙂

  9. Either is fine for me. I just love a good paranormal whether it’s fluff or grit. 🙂

  11. Gritty/Dark…with a tiny bit of fluff thrown in. I LOVE Cynthia Eden’s books…especially this series! Her fallen angels are dark and delicious!!! Thx for the FAB giveaway op!! 🙂

  12. I like both….it depends on the mood that I am in. There are times when I really like dark and gritty, but then when I am feeling down (I do suffer from depression), I like light, fun ones to pick me up and make me laugh

  13. I love a good fluffy contemporary romance but most of the paranormal romances I read I want to be dark and dirty! Although, I now that I think about it there are a few paranormals series that are pretty light and humorous that I like too…but most of the time I like them dark and dirty!

  14. You know, I love both. It just all depends on what kind of mood I’m in! 🙂
Love me some Cynthia Eden books!

  15. i like mix of them,,,, can’t read the book if there’s no romance but full romance will be boring thanks for the giveaway
