Ellie Pagan has a list of reasons to stay away from Ford Landry.

It’s a mile long and was so much easier to stick to when he was a world away. Now that he’s standing in front of her—body hard and chiseled from a stint in the military, suit cut to perfection, and a smirk she could never resist—remembering all the reasons why just got a whole lot harder.

Ford gets Ellie isn’t his biggest fan. He just doesn’t care.

Standing in front of him, giving him hell, she’s even prettier than he remembered. All he can think about is how she felt in his arms, the taste of her kiss, the sound of her giggle in the middle of the night. He may not know how to win her back, but he does know this: he may have let her go once, but that’s one mistake he won’t make again.

I feel like we have been waiting forever to hear the story of Ford and it was damn well worth the wait. SWEAR is full of happiness, sadness, self-doubt, family, love and by God, ALL of Landry boys and a TON of surprises you never saw coming!!

All of Landry family books (Sway, Swing, Switch) have eluded to the mysterious man that is Ford, owner of Landry Security. You can tell he is utterly heartbroken and in each of the other books, you start to see pieces of what makes him tick and what an amazing man he is.

Ellie returns to Savannah to follow her dreams and runs into the love of her life, Ford. Ellie and Ford were in love ten years ago and due to unfortunate circumstances and a boy who was just too young to deal with life, Ford left Ellie never to be heard from again. Now, ten years later, he is standing in her small boutique, Halycon, not the boy who shattered her heart but a man (and a sexy, gorgeous one at that).

“It’s done. I loved him. I needed him. He left me. Done.”

Ford knows Ellie is the one. She always has been the one but Ford was just too immature when they were together to know exactly what he wanted from her or from their relationship. Seeing Ellie again, Ford vows not to let her get away again. He knows she is the one, 100% but Ellie knows they are both at different points in their lives and just doesn’t see a forever with Ford. Good thing Ford is a stubborn man!

“Now, I realize she’s my past. And my future. There’s no other way around it.”

If you’ve read the other three books in the series, you know these boys have some serious sexy times…downright dirty and usually with some sort of food. Hell, Ford doesn’t disappoint, and the things he does with candy? Well, the man melts in your mouth, not in your hand 😉

I love the relationship that Ellie has with everyone in this book. From Ford, to her friends to her father, she just seems like one of those people who turns into a lifelong friend. Ellie’s relationship with her dad made me smile and cry at the same time, if that’s even possible. I love how she was very upfront with Ford and blatantly told him what was going on in her mind. And that he totally did whatever he had to do to prove to her that he was not the boy who walked away all those years ago.

Will Ellie finally learn to trust Ford? Will Ford get his happily ever after?

Honestly, I still need to find a way to be a part of the Landry family. They are everything a family should be. Barrett, Allison, Huxley, Lincoln, Danielle, Graham, Mallory, Sienna and Cam are all a frequent part of this book and I enjoyed every single minute of it. I love that the author puts them all in each other’s books so you get a sneak peek into their lives and what they are up to. Every time Adriana publishes a new Landry book, I’m like “yep, THIS one is the best one of the brothers”. Well, Barrett, Lincoln, and Graham, you have now officially been replaced with Ford Landry.

I give Swear (Landry Family #4) by Adriana Locke 5 stars!!

Lupine Shifter Dimitri has always had to defend himself to other Shifters. As a red wolf, he’s not considered a “pure” wolf, and the battles have honed him into a tough fighter, a champion of the fight clubs. Jaycee Bordeaux, a leopard Shifter, is Dimitri’s staunchest defender and oldest friend. Dimitri is determined to turn that friendship into a mate bond.

Jaycee loves that idea, but she knows that a mate bond can’t be forced. And when Dimitri and Jaycee are called on to go undercover to protect collared Shifters, she knows the dangers ahead will make or break their future together.

I have been reading this series for a LONG time. In fact, I’ve been reading this series almost as long as I’ve had this blog. As time has gone on, the Shifters Unbound Series has continued to hold my interest, mostly anyway. Red Wolf is a contemporary romance with just a bit of suspense woven in for good measure. This wasn’t my favorite of the series but it certainly my least favorite either.

Dimitri is a rare red wolf with an even rarer quirk. He stutters due to a childhood trauma he can’t remember. Now a part of a clan who only pretends to wear the binding shifter collars humans have forced on them, he actually lives free. Often silent, because of ridicule and his annoyance at not being able to communicate,  his partner Jaycee does a lot of the talking for him. She’s been a part of his life for so long she often knows what he’s thinking anyway. When Dimitri mate claims her Jaycee is taken aback that he wants to change their relationship. She can refuse him, but she knows doing so will ruin the friendship she can’t live without.

On assignment undercover, things start to heat up between Dimitri and Jaycee. Along with a possessed house and new friends, they’ll get to the bottom of their case. Or die trying.

The thing about these books is that there isn’t much action. I like them because they are kinda fluffy reads in-between darker books that I gravitate to. If you love shifter romance but don;t necessarily want all the suspense, then you’d definitely enjoy these like I do.

Dimitri was a unique hero both because of his stutter and his heritage. I’d never read about a red wolf shifter before and I also enjoy finding a new type of shifter. He really didn’t let is hold him back. His love for Jaycee grew steadily throughout the book and by the end I really liked them as a couple. Jaycee was a very strong female and allowing herself to love him took time. She was independent to a fault and at times I just wanted her to give in to what her heart was trying to tell her. In the end, she got there though and that’s all that matters.

Another strong book in a series of strong books!

I give Red Wolf by Jennifer Ashley 3.5 stars!

Red Flags…

Too loud.

Too clingy.

Too much make-up.

I could go on and on. The other guys in the Single Dad’s Club would say I’m obsessed with finding them. But none of their kid’s mothers call a maximum-security prison home either, so their opinions mean shit.

Caterina Santora has her own list of red flags…

She’s too young.

She’s my client’s daughter.

She’s my five-year old’s camp counselor.

Even after repeating this mantra to myself every morning on the way to Lily’s summer camp, guess what happens the moment I see Cat? Yeah, that mantra turns into ride me, doggie style and reverse cowgirl.

Every. Damn. Time.

The fact that she doesn’t remember me from six years before grates on me until I don’t have it in me to leave her alone any longer. I have to have her. But our lives are opposites in every way. In no way compatible.

When we’re together all the complications fade away and I have to keep reminding myself, even if I can have her— I can’t keep her.

I love Piper Rayne. I recently fell into the Modern Love series starting with book #3 and went

back to read the first two books. LOVED it. I can’t say enough about those books. So needless to say, I was really looking forward to the Single Dad Club series.

Marcus is a single dad of a five year old girl named Lily. While taking Lily to camp, he runs into Cat, the girl who at the age of 18 threw herself at the 28 year old soon to be dad. To say they have a history together is an understatement and it’s not something that Cat would like to remember. Cat acts like she doesn’t know Marcus because she is still embarrassed over what happened and the way he treated her. Unfortunately for her, Marcus is not going to let it go. He wants to know Cat in every single way possible. Especially since now that young girl is now a woman.

Cat is a 24 year old working at a summer camp, Camp Tall Pines, before she heads off to New York to show her artwork. Her dad is a customer of Marcus’ boat shop, Kent’s Restoration, and she is Tahlia sister. I love how Tahlia (Cat’s sister) and her husband Lucas (The Boxer) are intertwined into the storyline.

When I started this review, I didn’t feel that there was enough background into what happened between Marcus and Cat six years ago. HOWEVER, while I was writing this review, I received the “Jailbait” prequel from the authors which goes into detail about what happened between Marcus and Cat all those years ago. It totally changed everything for me! It explained so much and made me understand why Marcus is the way he is.

Will Cat get what she wanted all those years ago? Is Marcus looking for something more than a summer fling? Can Marcus let go of everything from his past and finally be able to move on?

I did enjoy all the banter between the guys in the Single Dad’s Club along with watching how the relationship between Cat and Marcus was going to play out. I really loved all of Cat’s friends and like how they all played a part in the storyline. I’m sure we will see much more of them to come.

Also, we learn about the other guys in the Single Dad’s Club, Dane and Garrett, whose books are coming up next. I can tell that I am going to LOVE Garrett but I’m really on the fence about Dane. He seems like such an asshole!! But, once again, I got a glimpse of Dane in the “Jailbait” prequel and I think I get him a little bit more now.

All in all, Real Deal was a good book. For me, there were a lot of highs and along with some lows. There were some laughs, not too heavy on the drama and the sex was mind-blowing. I liked how it flawlessly tied into the Modern Love series.

I look forward to the rest of the books in the series!!

I give Real Deal by Piper Rayne 4 stars!

He’s the bad boy quarterback of Boston University’s football team. As the son of a former NFL player, he’s showered with attention and praise twenty-four-seven. One flash of his smile and all the girls fall at his feet – or should I say to their knees?

And then there’s me.

Brady Lincoln is the last person I want attention from. He’s the kind of guy my father warned me about. His play on the field is legendary and his play with the ladies, even more so. I’ve managed to stay off his radar until recently.

What happens when the cocky quarterback breaks all the rules to win my heart?

 ****Review From Liz****

Every book I read from Jacob Chance gets better and better. I truly enjoyed Penalty. I found it intriguing and devoured it from beginning to end.

Brady Lincoln is the son of a former NFL player and the star quarterback for Boston’s University football team. He is the bad boy player that every girl on campus, and off, wants. He has choices and stays clear of relationships. I liked Brady. Yes, he was cocky and all alpha, but when he meets a woman that matters, all bets are off and he steps up his game.

Harlow is a good girl. She plays by the rule and follows the path she set out for herself. Brady Lincoln is not an option. Not even close. A man like him, who plays the field and women, with expertise no one can deny, can break her. So she watches from afar and stays behind the scenes. She is not willing to risk her heart.

All it takes is one party, one drink and she is suddenly on his radar. Brady takes one look at Harlow and he is determined to make her his. He slowly begins to break down her walls. The more time they spend together, the harder he falls. But will his past come back to haunt him and destroy everything he wants?

I really enjoyed this story. I love sports romances and bad boys, especially alpha players who seem unredeemable. And then when the right woman comes around, everything changes. Brady wanted Harlow, but had no idea how to win her. Harlow wanted to avoid Brady at all costs, but their chemistry was undeniable.

Jacob Chance has quickly become a go-to author for me. I have read all his books since his debut and he has only gotten better. Penalty was sweet, hot, and sexy. Brady and Harlow were both great characters and I loved their friends, Nick and Raine. This was a great romance that will pull you right in.

I give Penalty by Jacob Chance 4.5 stars!

Sometimes love speaks for itself…

After an accident in the line of duty, firefighter Roberto DeRosa’s life is turned upside down. His career fighting fires is over, and he’s left with an uncertain future and an injury that makes communicating difficult for him. The only time words flow easily is when they’re lyrics and he has a guitar in his hands. Talking to women is definitely out, especially if they have bright blue eyes that seem to see right into his soul.

Dani Hodge is on the brink of realizing her dream of opening a small combination wine and book store in San Diego’s funky Ocean Beach neighborhood. But before she can open the doors, there’s work to be done, more work than she can do herself.

When the tattooed guy who completely ignored her at a bar walks by and offers her a hand wrangling a tile saw, Dani can’t afford to say no—and why would she say no to Mr. Strong and Silent when his stare conveys more than words could?

If strong, silent, stoic, sexy men are your type, then this book is right up your alley. Without Words has everything a romance reader could want….an interesting plot, a likable heroine, interesting secondary characters and a to die for hero. I’ve always had a soft spot for an alpha hero with a vulnerable side, and Roberto DeRosa was all that and more. This book was like watching a lost soul find his way home and I enjoyed it so much.

When Danielle Hodge spots Rob DeRosa playing guitar at the local bar, she is instantly attracted to the tough-looking guy lost in his music. She tries to strike up a conversation during a break in his performance but it is awkward and uncomfortable and she leaves feeling insecure and foolish. Having been burned by love in the past, Dani tries to put aside her thoughts of the mysterious musician of few words and focus solely on opening her new business.

In a strange twist of fate, Rob stumbles upon Danielle’s shop while out and about and the instantaneous attraction they both felt that night at the bar flares to life again. Dani is excited to see Rob again, but hesitant because she can’t get a read on him. When Rob offers to help her with the manual labor in setting up her shop, Dani jumps on the chance to spend more time with him. As they spend hours building shelves and laying tile together, Dani learns more and more about her sexy firefighter: specifically about the accident at work, causing a traumatic brain injury. It is that brain injury that makes communication difficult for Rob, and he often has difficulty dealing with his emotions.

There is one thing that Rob has discovered that helps center him when he feels out of control. Playing his guitar at the club, getting lost in the music and ignoring the world around him has a way of calming him. Soon after meeting Dani, Rob learns that spending time with her has the same effect as his music. Around her he is calm, confident and able to hold a conversation better than he can any other time. He’s wildly attracted to the beautiful girl with the sunny disposition, but his feelings for her clash with the knowledge that someone like him, an out of work firefighter suffering from brain damage, has nothing to offer someone like her.

Rob and Dani each have their own fears and insecurities to work through when it comes to relationships. I loved the way the author had them work through their issues, both separately and together. The chemistry between them was explosive, and I loved how bright Dani made Rob’s world. He needed someone to center him, and her cheerful optimism was the perfect balance to his quiet strength. This book was heartwarming and sexy, and I loved it.

I give Without Words by Delancey Stewart 4.5 stars!

He isn’t Mr. Nice Guy…

Julian Dane thought he’d hit rock bottom — until he met a woman (isn’t that what they all say?). He used her and broke her heart. Now he wants to turn things around but the damage he dealt stands in his way.

Kendall Parker’s unique issues have made it hard to live a normal life. Very few people understand her and she trusts even less … but she believed in Julian once, and he only betrayed her.

Now Julian is back — a new man — and determined to win Kendall’s heart. But this reformed bad boy just might find that Going in Deep is harder than it looks.

I’m fairly new to Carly Phillips so I have not read any of the books prior to Going In Deep which is part of the Billionaire Bad Boys series. However, I didn’t feel I needed to read them to get the jist of the situation.

We meet Julian and Kendall in one of the prior Billionaire Bad Boys books. Apparently, Julian was not a very nice guy, to say the least. He used Kendall to get back at his ex-best friend Kade. Julian was an alcoholic and drug addict, Kendall was bi-polar and had her own demons. Julian destroyed Kendall but also hit rock bottom himself.

No one knew of the pain that Julian dealt with and Kendall’s family, including Kade, were left to pick up the pieces after Hurricane Julian tore through her life. Now a year later, both Julian and Kendall have worked tirelessly to get their lives back on track. Kendall by keeping herself busy working along with medication and Julian through A.A. meetings and trying to right his wrongs.

“A man didn’t make mistakes. He made choices. Bad ones stayed with him for a long time, but with a little luck and a lot of hard work, hopefully not forever.”

Julian knows that the time has come to make amends with Kendall and to truly apologize for all of his sins. Kendall tries to avoid Julian at all costs but knows at some point there needs to be some closure. If she wasn’t still attracted to him, it would make it a lot easier.

With their attraction to each other still there, both Julian and Kendall slowly work their way back into a friendship and then into a relationship. However, Kendall knows the issues that will arise if her family finds out that she is once again with Julian.

Has Julian truly changed his ways? Can Kendall forgive him and move on with her life? What happens when everyone finds out their secret? Will it come down to family or love?

I love a good second chance romance but this story was totally unexpected for me. I honestly didn’t know if I could deal with such the heaviness of alcoholic and drug use along with bi-polar issues thrown in. I didn’t know how I would enjoy the story but I really did. It was a good lesson in forgiveness and moving on.

I give Going In Deep by Carly Phillips 4 stars!

There are three kinds of nerdy women in the world.

– The Sexy Nerd

– The Confident Nerd; and

– The So-Socially-Awkward-it’s-Painful-to-Watch Nerd.

You can probably guess which one I am. After witnessing me making a fool of myself, Chance Hoffman decided to take pity on me. He’s smart, sexy, charming, and totally out of my league… and for some unexplainable reason, he wants to help me. Who am I to say no? Besides, I need all the assistance I can get.

There are three things that make a woman irresistible.

– Confidence

– A Wicked Sense of Humor; and

– A Killer Rack.

Melany Fitzgerald had none of those things. Or so I thought… until I really got to know her. She’s the total package and she doesn’t even realize it. Now I’m stuck with the uncomfortable task of helping her land another guy, all the while trying to ignore the fact that I’m starting to fall for her.

She thinks she’s an ugly duckling and wants to become a swan. All I want is her. And I’m not giving up without a fight.

Jessica Prince, Chance Encounters is absolutely fantastic. I have never read any of her prior books but I will after this! Apparently, there are two books prior to this that Chance is in, however, I did not read those prior to this and don’t feel you it’s necessary to follow this story. I will be going back to read them though!!

Chance Hoffman and Melany Fitzgerald are the last two people in the world who you would think would become friends.

Chance is a confident lawyer who has that smile that makes women swoon. He is a kind, generous, sexy hard working man who is just having fun. Chance has had his fair share of heartbreak and gets attached to woman very easily. Being burned twice, he is just going through life until he finds his happily ever after.

Melany is so very socially awkward it’s borderline uncomfortable. She is so inexperienced and has been hurt by some many so called “friends” and a mother who is a drunk, she has closed herself off from everyone. Until Chance offers to help her come out of her shell and get the guy she’s been crushing on for five years.

I cannot say enough about this book. Chance Encounters is so much more than a friends to lovers story. It is about inner beauty and self-worth and how the exterior of a person doesn’t matter half as much as what is inside of them. And how when you least expect it, love can come in all shapes and sizes.

I enjoyed how Melany and Chance balanced each other out. Chance was constantly trying to pull her out of her shell and Melany was only really comfortable with Chance. Their friendship came effortlessly while their attraction to each other grew over time. Once Chance realized what he had in Melany, how could he ever let her go? Could their friendship grow into something more or will Melany finally get the guy she’s been wanting for five long years?

This book was outstanding. It touched on serious subjects yet was fun and light. I was completely enamored with it and read it in one evening. Now to go back and read more of Jessica Prince!!

I give Chance Encounters by Jessica Prince 5 stars!

Fate has a wicked sense of humor.

Alexis’s new life was made up of two things: baking and hiding the details of her old life in Chicago. The first allowed her to finally find some happiness. And the second is about to be destroyed by a man who knows all her secrets.

Marshall Rawlins was prepared to do anything when he moved cross-country to launch an upscale cocktail bar—anything except work with Alexis, his best friend and business partner’s ex-wife. Adding Alexis’s boozy-baked goods to his menu would be a major feat for his bar. But striking a deal means getting in bed with the enemy.

Battling between distrust and desire, Alexis and Marshall give in to a passionate, forbidden affair. They know if they’re discovered the consequences would be bad—it’s just hard to remember that when being together feels so, so good.

So Wicked is book #3 in the Bad Behavior series by Melissa Marino. I actually started with book #2, So Screwed and absolutely 100% fell in love! The series has everything, fun, drama, sassy woman, hot as hell men, you get the picture. I’ll be honest though, I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to read this story. How do you take the one woman who has been made to be such a god awful person in the previous books and make her LOVABLE???? AND on top of all of it, add in Aaron’s best friend, Marshall??

Well, Melissa Marino, I have to say that you wrote them FLAWLESSLY.

Alexis has moved from Chicago to escape the husband, child, job she left behind because of her demons. Alexis now has a successful bakery that she absolutely adores and that has given her soul a bit of peace with her past. With a new cocktail bar opening up in the area, Alexis will be working with them to provide her pastries to pair with the drinks.

Marshall is the owner of the cocktail bar and best friend of Alexis’ ex-husband Aaron. He had no idea who was running the bakery business he is now partnering with and is not too happy about it when he finds out it’s Alexis. However, Marshall knows her pastries are a fit for his business and chooses to keep Aaron, who is part owner, out of the loop for the time being. He’s just not sure how all it will work, especially when she’s the one who destroyed his best friend. For years. How do you get over that?

When Marshall and Alexis first meet after all these years, I really wanted to continue to hate her. I mean, she up and left her family! Her child! But when the demons start to show up again, I felt nothing but pure empathy for Alexis. The way Marshall just couldn’t fathom what she did and why and the way he spoke to her, while I understand completely, it utterly broke my heart.

Everyone has a story to tell regardless of what you believe or have heard. When Alexis told hers, I broke. It was the most gut wrenching thing I have read and no longer was she the evil woman from the past. She was just a woman, trying to make a life for herself.

Will Alexis and Marshall be able to work together? Can this attraction between them be something they can act on with their past? What happens when Aaron finds out about them?

This was one of the best series I have ever read, hands down. I just cannot say enough about this story. The way everything played out, the demons that were unleashed and the ending? Get your Kleenex ready. It’s beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of!

I give So Wicked by Melissa Marino 5 stars!

Valentine French may be the sassiest dating columnist in New York City, but the abundance of metrosexuals in her adopted metropolis is seriously cramping her style. Where are the beefy all-American boys? Hoping to find some inspiration, Val heads to Alaska, where the men outnumber the women fifteen to one and wrestle grizzly bears for sport. Or so she can only imagine. Suddenly the most eligible bachelorette in a town full of horny lumberjacks, Val is writing her best columns ever. But if she doesn’t get her nose out of her laptop, she just might miss out on Mr. Right.

Logan Burke is the sheriff of the little podunk town that Val finds so charmingly backward. He’s not that different from the guys she’s using for her little experiment; it’s just that one date would never be enough for Logan. As he listens to Val complain about love over beers in the local tavern, he realizes that she can’t see the forest for the trees. Because if she would ever give up her Prada bags and fourteen-dollar martinis, Logan would give her the only luxury that matters: his heart.

Sex in the Sticks by Sawyer Bennett was nothing like what I expected! This was a fun, sexy and heartwarming romance about Valentine French and Logan Burke.

Valentine is a very well to do woman. She comes from a family of money and is sort of the black sheep of the family. Val live in Manhattan, does not work but runs a blog detailing her dating life. Which is boring as of late. Different guys yet all the same, she needs a change of pace.

At the persistence of her cousin, Val decides to go to Alaska to see how different the men are. She’s up for a new adventure, with some REAL manly men, and will document the process for her followers on her blog. She couldn’t have picked a more different world to relocate to if she tried!

A New York woman in the Alaska, what could possibly go wrong?

The minute Valentine walks off the boat, Logan Burke, Chief of Police for East Merritt, knows she is going to be a hot commodity in his town. In a place consisting of mostly lumberjacks, fishermen and loggers, and VERY few woman, a Manhattan princess is unheard of. Little does Logan know that is exactly what Valentine is counting on.

“I’m a man-eater. I love men. I love to date, I love to be treated well, and I love good sex.”

Logan and Valentine keep running into each other day after day and they begin a friendship. Until more of the town’s men start taking in interest in Val and asking her on dates. Logan has no right to be jealous, should he?

Logan and Valentine had such great chemistry. I love the fact they became fast friends and how extremely caring and helpful Logan was. Even though Logan knew this city slicker didn’t know what she was doing, he went out of his way to be helpful, all while maintaining a safe distance from the drop dead gorgeous woman who everyone loved.

The man is a complete gentleman….but inside the bedroom….HOT DAMN. Those sex scenes? I’m still blushing! (But I loved every single word of it😉)

Also, I loved the Alaskan backdrop. It was something totally unique and fun to read about. Lumberjacks, fisherman and loggers..OH MY!!

Will Valentine and Logan be able to make the most of their time together before she heads back to New York? What will Logan do once he reads her blog? One click Sex in the Sticks today and find out!

I give Sex in the Sticks by Sawyer Bennett 4 stars!!

That sexy, deep voice on the phone makes chills erupt down my arms, but he won’t tell me his last name. Too risky, he insists.

He’ll show me why.

His email says it all with four little letters–NSFW.

But I click anyway.

All About the D by Lex Martin & Leslie McAdam has got to be the best thing I’ve read all year! I have never read anything from these authors before and I have to say, I will most definitely be one clicking all of their work.

Evelyn Mills is an uneventful woman. According to her ex, she’s not very spontaneous and boring. However, she is so busy as a junior associate at a law firm, trying to make her way to partner, she doesn’t have time for anything else.

Evelyn needs a big client, a HUGE one at that. Well, that client happens to Josh Cartwright, a wealthy architect. The Cartwright family if a well-known family in the Portland area and they are expected to represent the family with prestige and not damage the family name. EVER.

While on the outside, Josh is nothing but respectful of his family and their name, on the inside the man has a HUGE secret. One that could cost his family everything. A bet was made and lost, a blog was created and All About the D is off and running. But Josh needs an attorney to represent him and keep him anonymous.

“I take pictures of my dick and post them online. I’m a modern-day flasher in a raincoat.”

Evelyn decides to meet with Josh to discuss what he needs are, but the sexual tension between the two of them is unreal. Being that Josh could be a potential client, Evelyn knows nothing can happen between them. Yet, she is trying not to remember the fact she already knows what the man looks like naked….

What starts off as a hands-off friendship turns into so much more when the law firm rejects taking on Josh as a client. The relationship is well on its way to developing into something absolutely wonderful when all of the sudden the law firm changes their mind and Evelyn is back to being Josh’s lawyer.

Will Evelyn and Josh be able to keep their hands off of each other? Can they be just friends? Would Evelyn be able to deal with knowing all of these people get to see the most intimate part of someone she’s falling for? Are they willing to risk it all for love?

This book has the perfect amount of drama, definitely some fun, home improvements, dogs and sexiness. I was laughing my ass of most of the book, it was so crazy good, especially the mold scene! Then, I fell in love with the way Josh describes Evelyn and how she owns him completely. I think in some respect, I think that we all hope our loved one feels that way about us, with nothing but complete admiration. I love that Josh is a nerdy type of guy with glasses but is totally hot and that Evelyn was a gorgeous woman that was still a little insecure about herself. They just went together so well and the supporting characters were also wonderful. I’m looking forward to the story of Drew and Kendall!!

All About the D is one of those books I’ll be digging right back into again.

I give All About the D by Lex Martin & Leslie McAdam 5++ stars!!
